Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender is one of the most highly versatile and multi-purpose essential oils. Its myriad of uses is seemingly endless! Lavender oil soothes occasional skin irritations, eases feelings of tension, and it's widely used for its calming and relaxing qualities.

 

Usage Tips:

  • Lavender oil can be used topicallyaromatically, and internally.
  • Add a few drops of Lavender to pillows, bedding, or bottoms of feet for a restful night’s sleep.
  • Add to bath water and soak your stress away! You can also apply it topically to the temples and the back of the neck during stressful situations.
  • Use Lavender oil in your baking to add a flavorful twist to marinades, baked goods, and desserts.
  • Take internally to reduce anxious feelings.
  • Apply lavender to the skin to soothe irritations caused by bug bites, bee stings, and other skin sensitivities.
  • Use Lavender in a diffuser to encourage restful sleep.
